Wendy and Jim are a unique couple- they knew what they wanted and they created a wedding that was truly a reflection of their personalities. It was an all out party, with skilled touches of Star Wars memorabilia, gorgeously elegant florals and- or course- awesome friends and family!

I learned a lot about this couple throughout their wedding day; cue the waterworks during makeup time. Jim's gift to Wendy was an incredibly thoughtful gesture of a handmade "birdhouse" with carvings and the sole of his shoe on the bottom. Now, this isn't just any shoe- it is one of the pairs he wore out while hiking the Appalachian Trail..."You gave me your heart, and I give you my soul."

And with that, I knew the bar was set for a day made perfectly for these two. Soulmates.
