Michigan Barn Wedding Photography Munro Photography Peacock Road Tree Farms, Laingsburg, MI This is a very, very special wedding to me. This was my very first opportunity to actually be IN a wedding... and photograph it. Well, a good hefty chunk of it. Heidi is my best friend. Like, in the Grey's Anatomy way- she's my PERSON. And Chad is pretty darn swell, too. I'm happy to share my person with Chad (this was supposed to be part of my Maid of Honor speech, but I'm none to eloquent when emotional, so my actual speech was rather lacking, and slightly hysterical). Chad and Heidi have weathered so many storms, but they have also encountered equally as many rainbows in life. In each other, they have found a true soulmate. Understanding each other, they have made me nearly physically ill on occasion with envy over the complete acceptance they have of one another. Justin & Cassidy | Battle Creek Fall Wedding

There's nothing like a classically romantic wedding in one of my favorite West Michigan cities, Battle Creek. As always, St. Philip Catholic Church downtown BC was breathtaking. Outside the rectory is a sweet garden area and the most beautiful metal gates. Cassidy's high end style was perfect for the venue and Park Place Design's florals and lanterns elevated the feel to another level entirely. After portraits at the Federal Center , we made our way to the Battle Creek Country Club for Justin and Cassidy's reception. Check out those golden fall tones we snagged just before the reception in the glowing fall evening! And who doesn't love colorful environmental portraits too? I'm a fan. Miss P| Michigan Boudoir Photography

You can't help but be drawn in by Miss P's energy- she's a fun, spunky woman who let go of her inhibitions and traveled several hours to the studio. In a snow storm. All for a boudoir session. I pride myself on making the women in my studio feel beautiful- I find that the session may start as a great idea for a significant other, but almost always, inevitably, the session turns into so much more. It becomes an experience for the client, and Miss P was having the time of her life getting a complete makeover from the top of her head to the tips of her toes. "I feel so PRETTY!" Miss P exclaimed, over and over. A quick glance at the back of the camera to help her see what was happening brought tears to her eyes, "You GUYS! Seriously. Wow."
